How do I book a clean?+

How do businesses get a quote?+
Email info@effectivecleaningservices.ie or use the request form with your premises type, size and how often you need cleaning. We reply within 12 hours.
How much does cleaning cost?+
Regular house cleaning starts at €70, deep cleaning at €200 and end of tenancy cleaning at €200. All prices include VAT.
Can I add an oven clean?+
Yes — add a single (€60) or double (€120) oven clean at checkout to a deep, end of tenancy or once-off house clean.
Is there a transport fee?+
Yes — a flat €40 for deep cleaning, after builders cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning, as we bring all equipment and products.
Do I need to supply products?+
For regular house cleaning, yes. For deep, after builders and end of tenancy cleaning we bring everything.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer and cash. Payment is due before the clean unless you're a business client or billed monthly.
Can I change my date?+
Yes, with at least 3 days' notice. Later changes are covered by our cancellation policy.
Will I get the same cleaner?+
We try to keep the same cleaner or team, but can't promise a specific person. Email us to request someone.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?+
Yes. All cleaners are trained, vetted and fully insured.
Do you clean Airbnbs?+
Yes. Please contact us first, especially if you need laundry and linen changes, so we can plan turnovers between guests.
What if I'm not happy?+
Tell us within 12 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas concerned.
Which areas do you cover?+
All of Dublin, from Dublin 1 to Dublin 24, including the suburbs.
